For over thirty years, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has stood before international forums, congressional committees, and television cameras to warn the world that Iran is just months away from developing a nuclear weapon. Since the 1990s, Netanyahu has recycled this claim like a broken record, each time presenting it as urgent, imminent, and existential — and each time being proven wrong.

In 2012, Netanyahu stood at the United Nations with a crude cartoon of a bomb, drawing a literal red line to dramatize Iran’s supposed nuclear ambitions. The world laughed at the image, but behind that theatre lay a far more sinister agenda — one that would repeatedly drag the U.S. into conflict after conflict, all serving Israel’s geopolitical objectives.
Despite multiple IAEA (International Atomic Energy Agency) inspections, U.S. intelligence reports, and even leaked Mossad documents contradicting his warnings, Netanyahu never stopped. Why? Because it was never about Iran’s nuclear program — it was about eliminating a major regional rival to Israeli military and economic dominance.

Fast forward to 2025, and Netanyahu is singing the same tired tune. But this time, the danger is far more real, and the cost will be catastrophic.
Tulsi Gabbard Cuts Through the Lies
Amidst the fog of propaganda, former Democratic presidential candidate and U.S. military veteran Tulsi Gabbard remains one of the few prominent voices telling the truth.
Speaking in March 2025, Gabbard said:
“Iran has no interest in developing nuclear weapons. They have stated it repeatedly, and the intelligence doesn’t back up Netanyahu’s constant fearmongering.”
She’s right. Iran is a signatory to the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT). It has consistently allowed inspections by international bodies. Moreover, the Iran Nuclear Deal (JCPOA), signed under the Obama administration in 2015, placed strict limits on Iran’s nuclear program — limits that were certified as being upheld until Trump, under pressure from Israel and neocons, unilaterally withdrew from the agreement in 2018.
Since then, Iran has understandably increased some enrichment levels — not to build a bomb, but to strengthen its negotiating position. Israeli intelligence knows this. U.S. intelligence knows this. The mainstream press knows this.
Yet Netanyahu continues to beat the drums of war, dragging America and the world closer to disaster.
Trump’s Betrayal: From Ending Wars to Starting New Ones
Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign resonated with millions of Americans because of one powerful promise:
“No more stupid wars.”
Yet, when given the opportunity to de-escalate, Trump did the opposite. Under his administration, the U.S. ramped up sanctions on Iran, designated Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization (an unprecedented move), and then, in January 2020, Trump assassinated General Qassem Soleimani on Iraqi soil — pushing the region to the brink of war.
Now, in 2025, the same “anti-war” president is posturing for yet another direct confrontation with Iran. The hypocrisy is staggering. His “America First” rhetoric has been completely subordinated to “Israel First” policies.
And behind him — as always — stands Netanyahu, whispering war into the ears of America’s political elite.
The Bigger Plan: 7 Countries in 5 Years
For those who think this is all coincidence, they haven’t been paying attention. In 2007, General Wesley Clark, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander, revealed an internal Pentagon memo he’d seen in 2001, shortly after 9/11. The memo stated:
“We’re going to take out seven countries in five years: Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Iran.”
Now let’s take stock:
- Iraq – destroyed.
- Libya – destroyed.
- Syria – crippled by war, and now over thrown by an terrorist.
- Somalia – destabilized.
- Sudan – divided and thrown into chaos.
- Lebanon – perpetually weakened via economic sabotage, Israeli bombing, and internal sectarian conflict.
What’s left? Iran. The final domino.
Netanyahu’s relentless propaganda campaign has never been about Israeli security — it’s about regional hegemony. An Iran allied with Syria, Lebanon (via Hezbollah), and backed by Russia poses a direct obstacle to Israel’s ambition of full-spectrum dominance in the Middle East.
Déjà Vu: The Iraq War Lies All Over Again
We’ve been here before. Before the 2003 Iraq invasion, Secretary of State Colin Powell infamously held up a vial of “anthrax” at the United Nations, falsely claiming Iraq had weapons of mass destruction (WMDs). That lie cost over a million lives, destroyed an entire nation, and unleashed the chaos of ISIS across the region.
At the time, much of the fabricated intelligence was pushed by neoconservatives in Washington — many of them with direct ties to pro-Israel lobbying groups and think tanks like PNAC (Project for the New American Century).
Now, with Iran, we are seeing the exact same playbook:
- Manufactured intelligence.
- Constant media fear-mongering.
- A “madman dictator” narrative (in this case, about the Iranian leadership).
- Pressure from Israeli leaders to “act before it’s too late.”
But here’s the uncomfortable truth: Netanyahu wants war. He needs it. Because only through chaos can Israel maintain regional superiority.
Who’s Next? Was It Always About Russia?
This is where the story gets even darker.
As I argued in my previous article, “The Hidden War: Zionists Wanted Russia in Ukraine War,” (https://ilonnews.com/the-hidden-war-zionists-wanted-russia-in-ukraine-war/) the campaign against Iran is not just about Iran itself. It’s about isolating and ultimately weakening Russia. Why? Because Russia’s presence in Syria, its growing ties with Iran, and its leadership role in building the Eurasian multipolar order pose a threat to both U.S. imperial dominance and Israel’s plans for regional hegemony.
If the West can eliminate Iran as a regional actor, Russia’s strategic depth collapses in the Middle East. This would open up new fronts of pressure on Russia’s southern flank, helping to weaken Russian influence globally.
So is Iran the real target? Or has this entire 30-year campaign of destabilization been part of a long-term war against Russia all along?
With Ukraine already serving as the battlefield for the Western-Zionist alliance against Moscow, Iran may be seen by Washington and Tel Aviv as the next domino to fall — a proxy war against Russia by other means.
Conclusion: The Coming Storm
We are standing on the precipice of another catastrophic war, engineered by the same people who lied about Iraq, cheered for the destruction of Libya, and pushed for Syria’s collapse.
The American people have been lied to before. Will they be fooled again?
One thing is certain:
If Iran falls, the final war will no longer be in the Middle East — it will be with Russia.
And perhaps that’s been the endgame all along.
After Iran… who’s next?
Look east.…
Love the article, in these uncertain times its good to see someone wanting to take on the elites.
